After co-founding the Sino British Summit in 2016, Vincent has continued to focus on supporting future talent, founding a boutique education consultancy which has worked with more than 600 students in Jiangsu Province alone over the past five years.

Since then, he has continued to focus his efforts in mainland China, leading Dere Street Capital’s development and partnerships there since co-founding the company in 2019.

Vincent also serves as a senior advisor at numerous institutions across the Jiangsu Province, with  focus on private equity, and his commitments to furthering mutual understanding between China and the rest of the world has led him to being appointed as Jiangsu’s Foreign Friendship Envoy in 2014, working alongside Olympic gold medallists and CEOs from China’s Fortune 500.
